To place your Phillip's Flowers and Gifts order: Contact Veterans Canteen Service at 1-800-664-8258 or submit your order form to VCSEmailOrders@va.gov. 


Florist delivery is available Monday through Saturday (excluding legal holidays) in most areas of the continental USA. Please order at least one weekday in advance for most areas, two weekdays in advance for remote or rural locales, and three weekdays in advance during Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: Requests for specific morning or afternoon delivery times are honored whenever possible but are NOT guaranteed (especially during peak floral periods) and require ordering at least two weekdays in advance.

Some flowers, containers, or other items may vary due to local conditions, and similar gifts of equal value may be substituted in some cases if necessary.
