The VCS offers over 70 vendors which Veterans and VA Employees can utilize to place special orders. Our program is available in VA Medical Center facilities.
The vendors' websites are for reference only. Not all products on the vendors' websites are available through the VCS program.
Shipment of merchandise is limited to your local PatriotStore or direct to your home, depending on the vendor.
• Cash: Payments are made inside the PatriotStore with the clerk and receipts are faxed to the PatriotStoreDirect for verification.
• Major Credit Cards: The customer service representative at the PatriotStoreDirect can accept payment via your credit card utilizing a secure Federal Government Agency site. Payments can be made directly from your bank account or by credit/debit card.
• EPD (VA Employees only): The customer service representative at the PatriotStoreDirect can accept payment via your electronic payroll deduction card to finalize your order.
• To sign up for payroll deduction, download, print, complete and return the completed form to your local PatriotStore.
